Our order fulfillment policy-

  • When you purchase a

  • Unless otherwise negotiated, we offer a no-questions-asked return policy for coins. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, send it back for a refund. We have the right charge a restocking fee,(Dependent on Payment method) You don't even need to contact us in advance, but returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery of the coins.(Return shipping will be covered by client)

  • Layaway purchases, or purchases whose payments extend over 30 days, cannot be returned for any reason. Due to volatile markets, returns are not accepted on any bullion-related items (gold/platinum Eagles, $50 Buffaloes, generic gold issues, etc.). In such matters, we will negotiate an appropriate return amount on a case-by-case basis.

  • We will ship orders within 5-10 business days of reciept and our shipment days are Mondays and Thursdays.
